We’ve already met the most basic roon: the path , which moves a marble forward one space.

Paths are basic plumbing — they help you connect up more complicated roons, but they don’t do anything interesting themselves.

phantom channels

By placing two paths side by side, we get a bonus “phantom” path that sits halfway between them. Marbles can flow down a phantom channel as if it were made of real paths .
