The shimmy moves a signal half a cell left or right. It comes in a left- and right-handed version.

Like a path , the shimmy is purely used as “plumbing” to connect up our devices. It performs no logic.

Typically a shimmy is used for minor course adjustments, like a road curving around a hill.
